Najma is an international relations practitioner training at the intersection of policy, data and digital communication. Her work to date spans an internship at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, two peer-reviewed publications, and three years running content and paid social for organisations across Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.
She is looking for graduate roles where international-affairs literacy meets digital execution — policy research with a strong analytics layer, programme design at advocacy NGOs, or digital strategy at government and multilateral agencies.
Her current Master's research at the University of Melbourne extends earlier published work on maritime border disputes and refugee policy, with a growing focus on quantitative methods, dashboarding and open-source intelligence.
